This client's architectural studio resides in the historic building within Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood. The project comprised a full build-out of the building's lower level including new windows and spray-insulated perimeter walls. The newly created space includes an exhibition gallery to display Studio Gang's architectural works, archival storage for files and models, a kitchenette, toilet rooms and mechanical support space. The project was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
